Foodie: Gaga Over Cocoa

I was looking through photos on my phone the other day when I came across this folder named "Food!"
Yes, I love taking photos of what I eat. Who doesn't?

Anyway, what surprised me most was the fact that more than half of my photos are of chocolates!
I love chocolates. Again, who doesn't?

Here are some of them:

M&M's. Pasalubong from Papa when he came home last month.

Marks & Spencer Operetta. Christmas gift from Papa's high school classmate.

Vochelle Chocolates with Almonds and Hazelnut. Best Christmas exchange gift EVER.

Casino Delices Chocolates. A gift from a really good friend. Wait, was it a gift or did I force him to give it to me? Haha.  Anyway,I have yet to try them, but reviews say they taste like heaven.

Choco Lollipops. A graduation gift from my then-officemates. Notice the labels?

Now, what's a chocolate list without chocolate cake?

Mom & Tina's Chocolate Cake. Don't be fooled. It's sweeter than it looks.

Now, I'm not really sure what this is called, but it's something like Oreo Chocolate Cake. Or maybe I just made that up. Haha. Also from Mom & Tina's.

Decadent Chocolate Cake from Sancho's. The right amount of sugar. Sweet without going overboard.

Now I'm hungry.
Wipe your face, naglalaway ka na.

Best Dad Advice

I'll never understand why I had the sudden urge to look this video up on YouTube.

Though this movie came out in 1998, I first saw it in 2007. And the number one reason why I wanted to watch it was *drum roll please*... BRAD PITT.

But I must admit, Anthony Hopkins made more sense in this movie.

Love is passion, obsession, someone you can't live without. I say, fall head over heels. Find someone you can love like crazy and who will love you the same way back. How do you find him? Well, you forget your head, and you listen to your heart. And I'm not hearing any heart. Cause the truth is, honey, there's no sense living your life without this. To make the journey and not fall deeply in love, well, you haven't lived a life at all. But you have to try, cause if you haven't tried, you haven't lived.

- William Parrish, Meet Joe Black (1998)

Sigh. I miss my own father :)
